Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Cole is committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and accurately as possible. The following policy outlines our shipping methods, processing times, and customer responsibilities.

Shipping Carriers

Cole ships orders within the United States using the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

Carrier selection is determined based on the shipment's size, weight, destination, and service requirements. Cole does not ship via FedEx and does not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed in the order they are received during normal business hours (Monday - Friday). Processing time is separate from transit time and may vary depending on product availability, order volume, customization requirements, holidays, or other business conditions.

Orders received after normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

While Cole strives to process all orders promptly, processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time an order is placed.

Cole is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, returned shipments, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an address correction is requested after an order has shipped, additional carrier fees may apply.

Transit Times

Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin only after the shipment has been tendered to the carrier.

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by Cole.

Expedited Shipping Services

Cole offers UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping services for customers who require expedited transit.

While every effort is made to process and ship expedited orders as quickly as possible, expedited shipping does not guarantee same-day shipment unless specifically agreed to by Cole.

Delivery commitments are established and fulfilled solely by UPS and may be affected by weather, mechanical failures, transportation disruptions, labor shortages, peak shipping volumes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond Cole's control.

By selecting an expedited shipping service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Expedited shipping charges purchase the selected UPS transportation service only and do not constitute a guarantee by Cole that the shipment will arrive on UPS's estimated delivery date.
  • Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
  • Once a shipment has been accepted by UPS, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.
  • Cole is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or any other shipping carrier.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable by Cole due to carrier delays, missed estimated delivery dates, or service interruptions.
  • Any carrier service guarantees, when available, are governed solely by UPS's current terms, conditions, and service guarantee policies, which may be modified or suspended by UPS without notice.

Cole will gladly assist customers in tracking delayed shipments and, when applicable, help facilitate claims or service inquiries with the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside of Cole's control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier network interruptions
  • Mechanical failures
  • High seasonal shipping volumes
  • Government actions
  • Labor disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Other unforeseen events

Cole shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from carrier delays.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers should note the damage with the carrier whenever possible and contact Cole promptly.

If a shipment is lost in transit, Cole will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or investigation. Resolution of lost shipment claims is subject to the carrier's investigation procedures and timelines.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase based on the selected shipping method, package characteristics, and destination.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by law.

Title and Risk of Loss

Ownership of and risk of loss for products transfers to the customer when the shipment is tendered to the shipping carrier. Any claims for loss or damage occurring during transit are subject to the applicable carrier's policies and procedures.
